Constable MacDonald and Constable Chatterson were killed when their cruiser collided with a United States registered transport truck. The truck rounded a turn on the wrong side of the road. It hit the cruiser head on, crushing it and dragged it 200 feet down the road.
Constable MacDonald and Constable Chatterson were killed on impact. He was survived by his wife and two daughters.
