![]() | Conservation Officer Henry Kujala Biographical Info Incident Details Officer Kujala was killed in a helicopter crash. Henry Kujala was from Parry Sound. He was taking aerial photographs of pickerel spawning beds near Serpent Rapids on the Seguin River when the chopper in which he was riding veered into the river gorge. The pilot, David Buzzell, also lost his life. The downed blue and white helicopter containing the bodies of the two men was found in dense bush after an intensive four-day air and land search. Officer Kujala, was a nineteen-year Ministry of Natural Resources veteran.
