Approximately 10 minutes after advising the squad of this, Billy's voice crackled over the air that he had been stabbed. Officers arrived within a minute of his call for help to find him in a pool of blood next to his vehicle, his half eaten chocolate bar on the seat, and the mic for the radio hanging from the vehicle covered in blood.
Two women were arrested and charged with the crime.
Both women were convicted.
