Suspect Info: Not available Sergeant K. Morley Laughland of the Whitehorse Detachment died as the result of a plane crash at Carmacks, Yukon Territories. At the time of his death he was the head pilot of the Whitehorse Air Section. Also killed in the crash were Corporal Robert Asbil, Constable Proctor Malcolm and Constable William Annand all of the Whitehorse Detachment. A prisoner being escorted to jail was also killed in the accident.
