Constable Willis Rhodeniser was a dog-master stationed at Yorkton, Saskatchewan. He had been called to assist in the search for a multiple murderer. He was successful in his efforts with the help of his trusted dog "Tell."

He was fatally shot when he approached the suspect his faithful dog had tracked down.
