Constable Grant was in pursuit of a distraught 19 year old who had stormed out of his mothers house in a fit of rage. Constable Grant was chasing the suspect to pull him over. The suspect very quickly turned his vehicle around and hit Constable Grant's vehicle head on. The suspect then got out of his vehicle went to the wreckage of Constable Grants vehicle and removed his gun.

The suspect a 19 year old male turned the weapon on himself and shot himself in the forehead.
