| Constable Francis A. Graham Biographical Info Incident Details Constable Graham and Constable George Renaud had delivered a patient to the Psychiatric Hospital in St. Thomas. Returning to Windsor, with Constable Graham driving, their cruiser collided with another vehicle just east of Windsor, at the intersection of Walker Road and Highway 98 (at that time). Constable Graham was killed in the collision. Constable Renaud was seriously injured but recovered. Constable Graham had 23 years service at the time of his death. Constable Graham is survived by his wife and 2 children.
