Brennan Biographical Info Incident Details Constable Millard Brennan of the Kingston Police Service was working a nightshift with his partner on August 15, 1951, when they responded to a report of a prowler in the Churchill Crescent area of the city. They found and arrested the suspect after a foot pursuit. While driving back to the station, Constable Brennan suffered a seizure. He was rushed to hospital but died shortly after arriving. It was determined he had suffered a massive heart attack. Constable Brennan had served with Kingston Police for 11 years. Constable Brennan left behind his wife and two young daughters.
